This book is partly autobiographical as well as a self-help manual. The cover states that it is A Practical Guide to Healing Your Life and Setting Yourself Free. Brandon Bays' story on its own is an eye-opener. The old saying 'When life hands you lemons, make lemonade' could be the theme song for her story.
