Brutal Winter Predicted for U.S?

2011-2012 Forecast: A winter like last year is predicted for the US. La Nina will make it a cold and snowy winter in most parts of the country due to La Niña, which returned in August. It will gradually strengthen and continue through the winter. It is associated with cooler than normal water temperatures in the tropical Pacific Ocean and influences weather throughout the world.
