BOOK REVIEW:
Get Healthy Now!

The
subtitle for this book is "A Complete
Guide to Prevention, Treatment and Healthy
Living" and it is! Another sub-title
could very well be "The complete bible
to attain and maintain health".
This
book is awesome with the amount of information
it packs in its 1088 pages. It covers
nutrition, detoxification, weight management,
vegetarianism, exercise, herbalism,
psychological well-being, depression, anxiety,
eating disorders, insomnia,
obsessive-compulsive disorders, arthritis, TMJ,
pain management... And that is only what is in
Parts 1 through 4 of a thirteen part
book.
What
else will you find? Men & women's health,
longevity, food allergies, dentistry, hair
care, digestion, cancer, and much much more. It
even has a sprinkling of vegetarian recipes.
It gives an overview of
illnesses as well as healing therapies.
It describes symptoms, presents patient
stories, alternative approaches to healing, as
well as conventional ones.
Get Healthy Now!
also has 195 pages of names and contact info
of alternative health practitioners throughout
the United States, listed alphabetically as
well as by state.
It is definitely a
"must-have" resource for anyone
wanting to improve their health and
well-being.
