Every human being
breathes and walks. This is not only a "must
read" book, it provides "must do" breathing
techniques that will immediately revitalize
your being. Breathwalk is both a science and
an art that combines breathing, walking, and
attention. You will learn how to elevate your
mood, shift mental gears, and command energy
levels as needed. There are a series of easy
to follow exercises that will teach you how to
combine breathing, walking, and the use of
primal sounds to enhance your physical,
spiritual, and emotional fitness.
Not only will you learn how to breathe correctly, you
will learn different types of breathing and the effects breathing has on
your internal organs. Dr. Singh Khalsa and Yogi Bhajan will also explain
how to synchronize breathing to motion and the effects of using primal
sounds. Primal sounds create true moments of inner silence and block out
the chatter of our own thoughts helping us to become more centered.
Gurucharan Singh Khalsa and Master Yogi Bhajan have
simplified and combined traditions that are centuries old with modern
scientific research to show us how to change our lives for the better
and awaken our body, mind, and spirit.

Gurucharan
Singh Khalsa, Ph.D., is a teacher,
psychotherapist, and president of a business
consulting firm named Khalsa Consultants
Inc. He has taught Kundalini Yoga for over
30 years.
Yogi
Bhajan, Ph.D. is a Master of Kundalini and
Tantra yogas, and has a doctorate in the
psychology of communication. Yogi Bhajan is
the founder of the 3HO Foundation, a
worldwide association of people dedicated to
the excellence of the individual. He is the
author of over
30 publications on varied topics
including spirituality, business, health,
and psychology.
They are also
co-authors of
The Mind: Its Projections and Multiple
