I See God

I see God's love in a glorious sunrise.

I see God's grace in an eagle's soar.

I see God's strength in a mighty bear.

I see God's endurance in the ocean tides.

I see God's swiftness in a lightning flash.

I see God's promise in a rainbow.

I see God's majesty on a snow capped mountain.

I see God at peace in a star filled night.

I see God's humor in mankind.

I see God's patience in the formation of rocks.

I see God's pride in all living things.

I see God at rest in a brilliant crimson sunset.

I see God's sadness in pollution.

And I see God's hope in a forthcoming generation.

But best of all, once in a while, when I look in a mirror, I can see God in me.
