My Dad!

As I flow through each day of my life,

I remember my childhood and the times with my dad.

He was peaceful and calm, and took things in stride...

His life was simple and clear... not full of fads.

I'm grateful for him... and the strength he gave me.

I'm his daughter for sure, and happy to be,

The daughter of a man who loved me completely.

Though he never said so—his love I do feel.
